Development Review Committee (DRC):

(handles minor subdivision plats, Category 3 reviews and Plan Certain reviews)

Louisville Metro Council:

(handles rezoning cases after recommendation by Planning Commission outside of 2nd, 3rd & 4th class small cities)

2nd and 4th Thursdays of each month at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall at 6th & Jefferson Streets

Louisville Metro Council/Zoning Committee:

(reviews Metro Council rezoning cases between the mandatory 1st and 2nd readings of rezoning ordinances)

1st and 3rd Tuesdays of each month at 2:00 p.m. at City Hall at 6th and Jefferson Streets

Louisville Metro Board of Zoning Adjustment:

(handles zoning appeals, dimensional variances and Conditional Use Permits)

1st and 3rd Mondays of each month at 8:30 a.m. at Old Jail Building, 6th and Liberty Streets
